Description

Merco M226 Non-Detectable Underground Tape is intended to provide protection in preventing costly and dangerous ‘dig-ins’. It is designed to be buried at least 6” below the surface to signal buried lines below. Used in Excavation, Construction, Turf and Irrigation, Cable, Utilities, Pipeline and Mechanical installations. Merco M226 series Non-Detectable Underground Tape is a 4-mil thick and brightly colored PVC film with bold lettering printed with a certified lead-free black ink. The film and inks are specifically designed and formulated to resist chemicals in the soil for longer life. M226 is available in many industry standard warning imprints.
