Below are some new, temporary policies we’re enacting for branches and deliveries as the situation regarding COVID-19 continues to evolve. Thank you for your support of our efforts to promote social distancing and curb the spread of the virus.

Below are some new, temporary policies we’re enacting for branches and deliveries as the situation regarding COVID-19 continues to evolve. Thank you for your support of our efforts to promote social distancing and curb the spread of the virus.
New Policies:
- Group Size Limitations – Due to the virus and social distancing polices, we are limiting customers from the same company or group, to two people in our locations.
- Call-in orders instead of coming inside – Our showrooms are still open currently, but we encourage customers to call in your order to the branch. Once you arrive, call us from your vehicle and we will bring the product out to you if you prefer.
- Curbside Pickup – Larger orders can be delivered to your vehicle or organized outside the branch for customer pickup.
- No food or beverage service – We are removing all customer coffee, tea, popcorn etc. from the showroom floor.
- Face Coverings – All employees will wear face coverings when in common areas and when handling in-person customer transactions. Gloves are optional when handling cash or credit cards.
- No Signatures Needed – Delivery drivers no longer need signatures. They will instead take a photo of delivered product and get a recipient name verbally using social distancing. The recipient name will be written on the delivery paperwork. Signatures still required on credit and check transactions.
- Jobsite Trailers – Our staff will not enter jobsite trailers when completing deliveries.
